These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the policies for students enrolling in training programs provided by Nitiz Sharma Global Tech Pvt. Ltd. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to comply with the following conditions:

1. Enrollment Policy

• Students are enrolled in the specific course versions available at the time of enrollment.
• If a student has not completed the course or written the exam before the course version changes, re-enrollment will be required for the updated versions of that course.
• If a student needs to freeze the course due to any unforeseen circumstances, the candidate can attend the next upcoming batch, once there is approval from the management team.

2. Full Payment Option:

Students who pay the full course fee upfront, as per the given quotation, will have uninterrupted access to the entire program without any issues or restrictions, provided they comply with all other terms and conditions mentioned in this document.

3. Payment Terms for Installments :

• Students opting for an installment plan must pay the first installment before the course begins or at the start of the program.
• The second installment is due exactly one month after the date of the first installment.A grace period of 5 days is provided for payment.

4. Non-Payment Terms for Installments :

If the student fails to pay the second or subsequent installments within the 5 days grace period, Nitiz Sharma Global Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Revoke the student's access to all course-related platforms, including but not limited to WhatsApp groups, the Learning Management System (LMS), and other resources.
• The student's enrollment will be suspended until all outstanding payments are cleared.

We appreciate timely payments to ensure uninterrupted learning and smooth course progression.

5. Class Recording and Access Restrictions :

• Enrolled students are strictly prohibited from recording any part of the live or recorded sessions.
• Sharing course materials, login credentials, or access to any training platforms with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to terminate your access to the course and all associated platform immediately if these rules are violated. without any refund.

We trust you to respect these guidelines to maintain the quality of our learning environment.

6. Access to Official Lecture Recordings :

• Official lecture recordings will be provided by the institute in an encrypted format to prevent piracy and unauthorized distribution.
• These recordings can only be viewed through authorized software provided by the us.
• Students are strongly recommended to use their personal laptops for viewing recordings.
• Access will be strictly limited to one registered device per student. Multiple device access is not allowed.
• Any attempt to bypass the security system or access recordings from unauthorized devices may lead to termination of access without refund.

7. Lab Support and Policy :

Support Hours:

• Lab Support for all queries and requests will be available from Monday to Friday, during business hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST.

Lab Practice Availability:

• Lab practice support will not be available on Saturdays and Sundays, unless the student has specifically opted for exam lab practice. In such cases, lab support will be provided on weekends as needed
• Additionally, no PNET installation or related queries will be entertained on Saturdays and Sundays.
