Refund Policy for Nitiz Sharma Global Tech Pvt. Ltd

This policy applies to all training services offered by Nitiz Sharma Global Tech Pvt. Ltd, ensuring that our refund practices are transparent and consistent across all platforms and modalities of our training programs. 

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are available under the following conditions: 

  • Requests must be submitted within 24 Hours following the purchase of any training program. 
  • The client must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction which may include discrepancies in the content delivered versus what was advertised, or failure to deliver the service as per agreed standards. 

Procedure for Refund:

1. Submission: Refund requests should be emailed to [Insert Contact Email] with detailed reasons for dissatisfaction, proof of purchase, and any relevant supporting documentation. 

2. Review: Our customer service team will review the refund request within 7 business days of submission. 

3. Response: If the refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 30 business days. If declined, the customer will be notified with an explanation. 

Exclusions:

The following are not eligible for refunds: 

  • Services already consumed or partially consumed by the client. 
  • Customized training programs specifically designed for a client’s unique requirements. 
  • Services purchased under promotional or discounted offers. 

Non-Transferability of Services

Training services purchased from Nitiz Sharma Global Tech Pvt. Ltd are non-transferable. Once a client is registered for a session, only the registered individual or organization may attend or benefit from the training. Transferring registrations between different entities or individuals is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Nitiz Sharma Global Tech Pvt. Ltd. 

Credit Offers Instead of Refunds

In some cases, Nitiz Sharma Global Tech Pvt. Ltd may offer credits instead of a refund. These credits can be used towards future training sessions and are subject to the same conditions as the original service purchased. The option for credits will be offered at the discretion of our customer service team based on the specifics of the refund request.
